I.L.O. "UETP Alma Mater" aims to foster links between the University
of Bologna and companies at national and international level. It was set up
in 1988 within the framework of the E.U.Comett Programme. Its activities have
changed over the years and it is currently concerned, on a national and international
level, with the promotion of technology transfer between University and Industry
through training and research.
I.L.O. "UETP Alma Mater" is actively participating in the European
network
WiTEC: Women in Science, Engineering and Technology.
Leonardo da Vinci Programmes:
Temporary placements abroad for students and new graduates of the University
of Bologna.
Temporary placements of university professors and researchers in European companies
outside Italy.
Temporary placements for foreign students and new graduates in companies throughout
the Emilia Romagna region.
Promotion of the exploitation of the results of University research by companies
and identification of joint research subjects.
Organisation of training courses to promote the creation of academic spin-off
companies.
Organisation of training courses for company employees.
Organisation of international conferences of interest to companies.
Participation in projects funded by the European Union that promote technology
