The Danish Preface Partnership is based on three private firms and three entrepreneurs
– who together form the national coordination of Preface activities. The
national coordinators are:
Margit Helle Thomsen, mhtconsult.
Lise Damkjær, Learning4Life
Marianne Forman, Marianne Forman ApS.
Mht consult is own by national coordinator Margit Helle Thomsen, who is master
of social science and cultural geography. It’s a consultancy founded in
December 2000 as a private limited company.
Apart from the managing director the company employs a chief accountant and
four consultants on fulltime basis. The company is cooperating in several projects
with other firms and organisations in both the private and public sector.
The consultancy is aiming at research, development and counselling for ministries,
governmental departments and, trade unions and employers associations, other
organisations, private companies and public workplaces. The main issues are
the following:
• Mainstreaming, equal opportunities on the labour market and female
entrepreneurship
• Ethnic integration and equality and Diversity Management in firms and
organisations
• Social dialog and new models of the Welfare State
• Management and Competence in labour life.
The organisation is based on a widespread network and cooperation with key
persons on a political level that can support the process of disseminating knowledge
and incentives of entrepreneurship to highly educated women and female students
in Denmark.
Learning4life is owned by national coordinator Lise Damkjær.
It´s a consultancy founded in February 2001 and is cooperating with institutions
of education, firms in the private and public sector and as counsellor concerning
technical higher education to the Danish ministry of Education. The founder
and owner is master of science in civil engineering from The technical university
of Denmark and has working experience from counselling students, coaching engineers
and managers, teaching and processing in different companies and network

and curiosity in workplaces to rise the development of know-how and innovation,
and the main issues are the following:
• The society of learning – the future
• Entrepreneurship and innovation
• Teaching methods and learning in Engineering education
• Networking.
Marianne Forman ApS is a consultancy founded in January 2002
and is cooperating in several projects with other firms and organisations in
both the private and public sector, among then the Danish Technical University.
The founder and owner, the national coordinator Marianne Forman, is master of
science and Phd. in civil engineering from The technical university of Denmark
– and also as an professor on the Danish Technical University with special
focus on innovating organizations and environmental issues.
The consultancy is aiming at research, development and teaching for governmental
departments, trade unions and employers associations, branch organisations and
firms. The main issues are the following:

• Competence development in firms and supply chains
• Working life
• Business strategy and the environment
