Facts and Figures in Estonia:
There is no information or statistical material on female entrepreneurs in
Estonia. However, in the 1990s various gender and female organisations were
established in Estonia. The reason for this is that there was a need to
provide women orientation, find new employment opportunities and face new
challenges under the dramatically changed socio-economic conditions. Also,
since 1991 organisations such as the Women's Training Centre were
established. Further, the Women's Training Centre conducts the following
